Once your order is packed/dispatched, you will receive a notification on the provided contact@ariseoftrend.com. Packages lost while transit will be recovered within 20-30 business days. We are not responsible if the package is undelivered due to the wrong address provided by the buyer. Hence no refund/recovery order will be provided by the company.
