Refund and Returns Policy

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund under these guidelines. Please read it carefully

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we proudly offer absolute satisfaction guarantees that ensure you’ll receive your item on time and as described.

Our highest priority is to make you happy, so everyone who shops on buyinhappy.com receives the following guarantees:

  • full refund if you don’t receive your order;
  • full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 business days processing);
  • full or partial refund if the item is not as described;

Return, Refund or Exchange are not available under the following circumstances:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • If You Remove the tag from clothes or wash it and leave a stain on it are not accepted. (Please ensure while returning, the product and the packaging are in the same condition as it was delivered).
  • We accept returns within 24hrs from the date of delivery of the order for most of the products, please refer to the Product Description Page for more details.
  • In case of damaged/defective product received an unboxing video(uncut/unedited) is required, without video refund request will not be accepted.

How will I get my refund ?

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 48 hrs from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.

Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines, post initiation:

  • Wallet refund will get credited within a few minutes, After passing the guidelines.
  • NEFT refund will take 3 to 5 working days.
  • Payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Which products are not eligible for return?

  1. Products sold in Flash sale.
  2. Products where there might be hygiene concerns:- cosmetic products & Notebooks.
